Ayman Kandeel

About Me

Kandeel established and runs Fanarah Development. Ayman Kandeel is an entrepreneur and economist.

As founder and CEO of Cairo-based Borak Capital Holding, he facilitated AK's $680 million sale to Inertia Developments in November 2018. Most AKREM investors made over 300 percent.

To build an integrated resort along Egypt's Mediterranean coast, Dr. Kandeel launched Fanarah Developments, LLC in 2015. The project, currently known as Jefaira, is the world's largest Mediterranean-front project.

In addition to this, Dr. Kandeel co-founded and co-managed Borak Capital Holding and Pi Capital Inc. He has raised significant funding for enterprises in technology, real estate, entertainment, and finance.

A comic book publisher with over forty titles in English, Arabic, Greek, and Chinese. Muslim, Jewish, and Christian superheroes were created by AK Comics. Protecting a hypothetical parallel Middle Eastern from destabilizing plots is the three protagonists' universe. And he's met numerous well-known politicians with whom he maintains in touch.

Dr. Kandeel loves advertising. Confounded Bonus Advertising, purchased by JWT in 1995. JWT Cairo is now Egypt's leading ad agency A major investment in Advision, Egypt's most famous below-the-line ad company.

Dr. Kandeel holds degrees from the American University of Cairo, the University of Southern California, and the University of California, Santa Barbara. From 2003 until 2009, he taught at Cairo. He taught at USC and CSULB. Dr. Kandeel left academia in April 2011 to focus on his Egyptian and US businesses.
